Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers English Talk Pro bought on our website (englishtalk.app) through Razorpay. Purchases made inside the Android app are handled by Google Play under Google Play's refund policy.

1. What you pay for

Website Pro is a one-time payment of ₹499 for 30 days of Pro access. It is a digital service: there is nothing to ship.

2. Delivery

Pro is activated instantly on the browser/device you paid from, as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment. If your payment succeeded but Pro is not active within 30 minutes, email us with your payment ID and we will activate it or refund you in full.

3. Cancellation

Website Pro does not auto-renew, so there is no subscription to cancel. It simply ends after 30 days unless you choose to buy it again.

4. When you can get a refund

• Within 7 days of payment, if you have not used any Pro feature (no call longer than 15 minutes and no men/women-only call), you can ask for a full refund.
• If you were charged twice, or charged but Pro was never activated, we refund the extra or failed payment in full, at any time.
• After 7 days, or once Pro features have been used, the payment is not refundable, except where required by law.
• No refund is given if a device is blocked for breaking our Terms.

5. How to ask

Email info@2bytes.in with the Razorpay payment ID (it is in the payment confirmation from Razorpay) and the date of payment. We reply within 2 working days.

6. When the money reaches you

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5-7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
